Chick Fil a. Politics aside, this company knows fast food. Their customer service is top notch and greatly exceeds that of other fast food restaurants. Their simple menu of chicken sandwiches, nuggets and salads helps streamline quick service. Food is good though not always seasoned. Their waffle fries are great, but get them while they're hot, because taste declines as they get cold.

This is one of the best run Chick Fil A's I've been to. They get totally slammed during the weekdays for lunch and you still get your food pretty fast. If they ever screw up or get the food out to you late they apologize and give you a free voucher for sandwich. The employees come around and take your trash and refill you drinks. I recommend parking on the little road to the west of the parking lot as the main parking lot can get really crowded and the little road is usually empty. I haven't tried the playplace so I dunno if it is clean. Never had a bad meal here.

While I love the food and sauces at Chick fil a, what really sets them apart is the service. When eating in the employees have always came by to check on us, asking if we'd like refills or needed any more sauce. Sandwiches, nuggets, tenders, salads, sides, and breakfast are all great. Love knowing that I'm eating real chicken. A bonus, they now sell the chick fil a sauce in an 8 ounce container. Yum!

The ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service by the blue shirted Manager with glasses. Originally I came here at lunch time on February 14th 2014. I went through the drive thru ordered entire army of food for the office and the order was completely wrong when they gave it to me and when I returned to the office, We realized. I called the restaurant and explained the issue and they were very nice and they knew exactly which order I was speaking of and apologized and told me to come back at my convenience and give my name. I asked them if they wanted the food back because I wasn't sure if they've put the receipt in the bag and they explained to me that, no they didn't need it because they knew exactly which order it was. I went back on Wednesday and follow the directions to order the food and give my name. When I got up to the window the girl asked me for the cash and I explained to her that I already spoke with the manager blah blah blah. The manager was dark haired with a blue shirt and tie on and he had glasses on. He was standing behind her and interrupted her and was extremely rude telling me he does not know who I am are about my order and where is my receipt? I explained to him that they told me that they knew about the order and just to come in and get it replaced at my convenience and I gave him my name again. He said where is the receipt again! I tried to explain to him again, that they told me I didn't need the receipt but you very curtly interrupted me and said bring a receipt next time I don't have time for this and basically threw the food at me and waved me on by. I was very taken back by there because usually they are so very very nice. I expected an apology, a courteous smile and my correct order. Now I know that everyone has a bad day once in awhile but this is ridiculous! I will never ever return to this restaurant again. I don't care how good their food is, I will not stand for this rudeness and to be treated in this manner. My money sense just as well I'll swear and the only reason I was here was because I live in the area and I was dying for chicken and I know it's very good there but I guess I can get a chicken sandwich just about anywhere. Any suggestions?

Chick-fil-a has become the only fast food I feel good about eating. The service rivals regular restaurants. I mean, they come around and refill your drinks and take your trays. The drive-up line is a "Whole Nuthuh levuh!" 2 or 3 people taking orders and two lines?!?! That's FAST!! The place is clean! So clean that when I mentioned it to a manager at another store, he said, without missing a beat, "Would you like to SEE THE KITCHEN?" I said "yes" and he said "Let's go!" Wow, clean and well organized! So EAT MORE CHIKIN' America!

I've never been at a Chick-fil-A before, and my visit to your Palm Beach Lakes store was my first today for lunch. I don't know if this is a "flagship" restaurant, but if all Chick-fil-As are like this one then I'm impressed. The place was packed, and both drive-thru lines wrapped around the building. I got the last parking spot. I had to make a pit stop, and the facilities were immaculate for a fast food joint. As I was walking up to the counter, the young lady asked to help me, quite politely and with a friendly smile. I wasn't quite sure what to order since it was my first time, so I opted for the spicy chicken sandwich. She offered me a choice of sauces, so I said yes to all of them. Why not? I also liked that they use the term "beverage" and not "drink". I don't know if the average clientele at McDonald's knows what that word means. The food came out a few moments later, again with a smile and a thank you. I had my choice of a few seats, each was equally clean. Food was great, especially the nicely seasoned waffle fries. I was surprised to see two young ladies not only bussing tables, but also waiting on customers, asking if I needed anything. I nearly choked on my food in shock. What a great experience for a fast food restaurant. None of what I describe costs extra either. Everyone can learn a lesson in customer service from these guys.

Arrived here starving during lunchtime and there was a long line snaking around the building. Normally I'd enter the lobby to order but I was in a rush and it was raining. So I decided to suck it up and do the drive thru. I noticed the line was moving quickly and my car wasn't stopped for long. As I moved forward I noticed two girls with ponchos standing on the curb next to the food/price display. I then noticed they were talking to the drivers of the vehicles in line. Looking closer, I noticed they were holding clipboards and talking into a headset. As I got near the sign, one of them came up to my window and welcomed me to Chick fil-a and asked me how I may be helped. My mouth was wide open in shock as this girl stood in the rain ready to take my order. She had a clipboard with pics of the meals and she spoke my order into the mike and told me to proceed forward. I felt a little lazy leaving her standing in the rain but as soon as I drove up to the window there was a manager with my food ready to go. I complemented him on the customer service as I was in the drive thru lane no longer than 3 minutes. The food was served hot and even the ketchup packets I requested were in the bag. This visit reminded me why they're the only fast food joint I ever go to.

I have lived in West Palm going on 4 years now and discovered this Chic-fil-a about 2 years ago. Wow am I glad I did! In general Chic-fil-a restaurants know how to treat a customer but this one takes the cake! I have never had a bad experience here and usually leave in a better mood than I came in with!
